The Twitter backlash continues. In a recent Rolling Stone article, the Detroit rap-rocker dismissed the ascendant social network, explaining, "Anything that is relevant, I’m going to bottle it up and then squeeze it onto a record somewhere.”   (http://www.nypost.com/seven/07292009/gossip/pagesix/kid_rock_is_anti_twitter_181887.htm)

The financial world has also grown suspicious, thanks not so much to Kid Rock or Trent, but to 15-yr-old Matthew Robson, a summer intern at Morgan Stanley who was asked to prepare a cute lil' report about teen consumption of media. When God was in high school, he was super-bored and drew all kinds of crazy monsters in the margins of his Trapper Keeper. We call these "Dinosaurs" now, and teams of scientists continue to uncover new ones. The latest, the Therizinosaurus, was 13 feet tall, with giant scythe-shaped claws.  Debate all you want about whether he could kick Triceratops ass, but you have to hand it to God, he's a super good drawer. My doodles were mostly reworkings of the Van Halen logo.
