Stanley Tucci (Hunger Games, Julie & Julia, Big Night, etc.) is a lot of fun, and gives his secret for a better martini – substitute scotch for vermouth. I tried it. It’s better.
A series I’m working on is now live – “On The Table,” starring Eric Ripert, legendary chef from Le Bernardin. You might recognize some of the music. Future episodes will feature some of the biggest names in music, art and, of course, food.
Past episodes you might like:
Anthony Bourdain: “Sex, Drugs, Rock and Roll and Food”
While preparing Portuguese seafood stew, the guys talk about Tony’s road to cooking success, which involved more than a few speed bumps.
Mario Batali – “Cin-Cin, Mother F***er”
Mario shares with us his history as a chef — including life under the Marco Pierre White (for whom Mario has a few choice words), and explains his “Two-Minute Calamari: Sicilian Lifeguard Style.”
